This brand is literally the worse I came across, me being a first time customer to J&W didn't have a pleasant online shopping experience. So I had to return the product and these guys at the time of refund deduct certain amount they claim as reverse logistics and shipping charges instead of giving back the whole amount, I mean I've paid the full amount at the time of purchase and you're bound to refund the whole amount and blaming your return policy for that. Worst ever! I'd recommend people to rather switch to other popular brands such Titan, Rolex etc.
Quality is too bad
Look wise it is okay, but quality wise it is very bad. Most of the watches price are between 8k to 10 k , with offer you can get it around 2k, but it is still not worth for the money.
Will not buy again or recommend to anyone.

I ordered for a watch on 23rd September 2023 and returned it around 25th September 2023. The return was pickedup and refund was not made. When enquired, I was told that the refund was already released on 3rd October 2023, giving some irrelevant transaction ID. I verified the ID and to my utter dismay, I found the ID was false. Informing about this, I asked for refund screenshot, when they insisted that the refund was released. Till now no answer. This is nothing but outright cheating.

Low quality product, I should have come her to read reviews. Rude customer support, without giving proper answer ticket was closed. Watch is not even decent to look at. Product image and actual product is different.
I have ordered 3 products from Joker & Witch on 02 September. Today they cancelled my orders and asked me to reorder the product. No mail, message or any notification I have received from their end about the refund. Such a bad and unprofessional experience I had with them. I am not going to order anything from their website again. Feels like it's a scam brand.
